Advisory Committee
Listening
to our customers is critical to the success of our organization.
The ability to forecast market trends, increase responsiveness to
customer demands and deliver a product that offers the highest
level of value are necessary to keep up in the dynamic software
industry.
In
an effort to exceed these market drivers, we have coordinated a
Customer Advisory Committee to assist us in meeting these demands.
Customers not only represent their organizations, but the
particular carrier segment in which these companies participate.
The committee meets semi-annually and discusses such topics as
application development, communications, customer service and
more. It also serves as a forum for these carriers to collaborate
on specific business issues and work together to address them.
We
